I am as bored as a whiteboard. Today is such a boring day. I woke up feeling boring, watched boring TV, played boring facebook, attempted to increase my boring score for boring bejeweled blitz, stared at my boring sister, asked boring people out, got rejected by all boring people, seeing is quarantined (how boring), ahsin is not online (surprise!), gymsoh has boring duty, I think I should start widening my social circle. It's so small I should call it a social dot. (Have I said this boring joke already?) So yes, my life is boring.
But it's supposed to be a beautiful Saturday! What is the world doing on this B-E-A-U-tiful day (say it in the Bruce Almighty way)! I ended up reading MSN News, and FML. Sighhhhh.
Made my sis play badminton with me at about 6, and at 6.30, this group of children came and tried to help us pick shuttlecocks. Like whenever the shuttlecock landed on the ground, two Indian girls will rush and try to pick it up. This little boy still told me something like, "Just hit the ball, PIAK, like that. If it drops, DON'T pick up. I pick up for you okay?" And I was like, ".________. It's okayyyyy." LOL.
Then when planes flew past our heads (prolly some NDP preparation. It's going to be August so soon! Hang out your flags, people!), these kids ran all the way back to the court and pointed to the planes. And let out that, "whoooooooooooaaaaaa" sound. And no, they didn't do it once. They did it like five or six times. My sis and I had to pause our game and stare at them (:O)-ly. LOL. So amazing huh, kids.
The last time we played there, there was this little boy who let out a not-very-soft laughter whenever we couldn't hit the shuttle in time. HAHA. It was quite amusing. (:
Okay, my boring Saturday didn't turn out too boring after all. At least I managed to get out of the house for about 3hours. Let's do something exciting people! Before we all enter boring uni!
