10 Random Facts About Me

I think I've probably done a bit of this in a past blog post but this is in the spirit of an EEE with Samson. Exciting Entry Exchange. It is a lame game I came up with (or was it another friend of mine, I don't remember) whereby we write on the same topic and read each others' entries. The only purpose is to kill time, haha.

So here we go, 10 random facts about me!

1. I've mentioned it a thousand times I think. I hate round nuggets. I like those which are shaped oddly. Round nuggets make me disgusted.

2. I play Chinese Chess and am lousy at it.

3. My favourite cartoon is Spongebob so I was a little sad when they did a study and found that watching it makes you stupid. Or something along the lines of stupid. I don't remember. I also like Crayon Shin-Chan. I watch a lot of Tom and Jerry when I was young too.

4. I have never downloaded a song online illegally. Not because I fear getting caught but because I am too not tech-savvy to do it. Like where do you download it from ah?

5. I am interested in women's issues. Not the PMS/menstrual cramps kind of issues but more of like women's rights. If I remain single forever and have no kin, I might become a women rights fighter. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

6. I am secretly an introvert, according to the results of a psychological test I did last semester. I am supposed to be low in openness to experiences and low in extraversion. Which makes me a boring and shallow person.

7. I only have one ABC friend and his name is Samson. I only have one prince and his name is Realman. Speaking of which, he shrunk a bit more. I am sad.

8. I love cheesecake. I am trying to refrain from posting 10 random facts about me and food. Really. That's why I haven't mentioned that I used to hate Jap food but now am a bit more open to it. And that I can't take beef but I think I accidentally tried it when I ate mashed potato with beef bits in HK. But I spat as much of it out as I could. The story of why I don't take beef is because my family doesn't take beef. My mum says because cows (bulls? buffaloes?) plough the field and allow us to have rice (which we eat almost everyday, it's a staple) so we shouldn't be evil and eat them. It sounds mildly ridiculous but I abide by the rule. Cuz I think I have enough meat choices anyway.

9. I am really low in openness to experiences. The only bubble tea flavour I pick at each-a-cup is Mocha Ice Blended, and the only gongcha I drink is Earl Grey Milk Tea. And I don't try exotic ice-cream flavours, so I usually stick to coffee, mint and chocolate.

10. I really love rides at theme parks. Because it's the only time you can scream legitimately.
