Thank you for giving me a job which may not be the best in the world, but I have a desk and not very shitty colleagues. I have not too expensive food choices available, and reasonable working hours.
Thank you for supportive parents who give in to me and help me change bedsheets when I 撒娇 and suggest to eat heng hua lor mee when I said I want to join dinner. I should always remind myself to be more patient and more patient.
Thank you for siblings and cousins for making time for me and keeping 不能说的秘密. Lil sis is gonna treat mother's day meal wheeeee.
Thank you for nice friends who check in on me every once in a while, accompany me to eat nice food, accompany me to eat food that I think are nice but you all may not think are nice, let me leech on your expertise, give me the pep talks that I need when I just did a shitty jog or am feeling pmsy. You are and will continue to be important to me.
As with all last lines in 红星大奖, thank you for giving in to all my rubbish everyday, caring for my friends and family because you know they are important to me, commending that my outfits are nice when I feel that I look like sai, being so encouraging yet so brutally honest at the same time and being able to sense my sadness and addressing my issues as if they are the most important problems in the world.
I am a very blessed soon-to-be 27 year old.
